Construction company SIA „Velve – AE” was founded on December 18th 1992. It is included in the Latvian Register of Enterprises with registration No. 40103074525 and legal address Tallinas str. 94, Riga, Latvia, LV-1009.

The company started as a small family business which has developed and now become an active and modern member of the state construction industry. The goal of the company is to continuously evolve, in order to offer its clients the most contemporary construction solutions from the early stages of a project until its realization.
In time, SIA „Velve-AE” has accumulated notable experience in construction project organization and management. Its field of works has expanded from repair work of small residential buildings and offices to construction of logistics centres and manufacturing buildings, as well as renovation of historical buildings.
Other professionals within the construction field have acknowledged the company for its work on the restoration of Stameriena Orthodox Church and Riga St. John’s Church, and also for the renovation of the summerhouse of Rainis un Aspazija in Jurmala.
In 1998, an architectural design office was established in „Velve-AE”. The office provides services for all stages of a building construction project – concept design development, technical project preparation and the author's supervision during construction.
As a result of successful collaboration with clients, the company has grown and acquired international business partners. In 2003 „Velve-AE” became the official partner of the international company ASTRON BUILDING SYSTEMS in Latvia. Using ASTRON technology, „Velve-AE” has built more than 20 different steel frame manufacturing and public buildings.
Aside from construction work, SIA „Velve-AE” has acquired experience in real estate project development. A residential building in Ciekurkalns has been successfully built and completed, and another project of three residential building development in Hospitalu street, Riga, has begun.
In 2003 the company's quality management system was established and it obtained the Quality Management certificate ISO 9001:2000 which ensures a better quality of the offered services.
In order to provide construction and design services in Estonia, construction company Velve-AE Estonia OÜ has been established in 2017.
Over the following decades, the company is determined to retain its stable position in the Latvian construction field as well as to expand its work in other EU countries.
